On May 16, 2011, I made the following statement: "I love their [soccer] games."
I said that. I did. And I meant it. But it was said in ignorance.
Now, after tonight's very wet and cold game, I must make an amendment.
Here it is....
I love their soccer games in the warm sunshine.
Yes I do.
In the rain, the cold, the grey, the nearly dark-because-it's-so-cloudy, I'm, well, I just prefer the sun.
Is that so bad? Can I say that and not be labeled a bad mom?
On a little bit of a side note, I just need to say the following also:
